Whole Home is a trading name of Actio Limited (herein after referred to as Actio). Actio respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Actio will never sell, rent or lease your personal information to others.

Actio provides this Privacy Statement to inform you of our Privacy Policy and practices, and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected online and how that information is used. We make this notice readily available on our home page and at the bottom of every Actio web site page.

Sites covered by this Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement applies to all Actio owned web sites and domains, and our wholly owned subsidiaries.

Links to non-Actio web sites

Actio web sites may provide links to third party web sites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the Actio web site. Actio does not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from Actio's. We do not endorse or make any representations about third party web sites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by the Actio Privacy Statement. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any company before submitting your personal information. Some third party companies may choose to share their personal data with Actio; that sharing is governed by that third party company's privacy policy.

Types of information we collect

This Privacy Statement covers personal information, non-personal data collection and cumulative reporting. We collect personal information from you through the use of feedback and registration forms and every time you email us your details. We also collect information automatically about your visit to our site. The information obtained in this way, which includes demographic data and browsing patterns, is only used in aggregate form.

Personal information is information that is associated with your name or personal identity. Actio uses personal information to understand your needs and interests better and to improve the service we provide you. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, you can be assured it will be used only to support your customer relationship with Actio. We take seriously the trust you place in us. Actio will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others.

You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event, you can still access and use certain portions of our web sites; however, you will not be able to access and use those portions of the site that require membership.

Actio endeavours to keep your personal information accurate. We have implemented technology, management processes and policies to maintain customer data accuracy. Certain areas of Actio's web sites may limit access to specific individuals through the use of passwords and other personal identifiers.

On some Actio web sites, you may be able to order products or services, request information, subscribe to marketing or support materials, contribute to forums or become a member of a web site. The types of personal information you provide to us on these pages may include name, address, phone number, email address, user IDs and passwords, billing and transaction information, credit card information, contact preferences, and mailing preferences. If you use credit cards to purchase products or services we will ask you to provide additional information for verification purposes.

The most effective way to view and change your personal information is to return to the web page where you originally submitted your data and follow the instructions on that web page.

Non-personal information is data about usage and service operation that is not associated with a specific personal identity. Actio collects and analyses non-personal information to evaluate how visitors use our web sites.

Non-personal data we collect may include the pages visited on Actio's web sites, browser type and IP address. Most non-personal data is collected via cookies or other analysis technologies. Actio's web pages use cookies and other technologies for data analysis and personalisation services. Actio may also place ads on other web sites that may use cookies. Children’s privacy

Actio is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16 or target any of its web sites to children under 16. We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests.

Cookies

When you enter a site your computer may automatically be issued with a cookie. Cookies are text files that identify your computer to our server. Cookies in themselves do not identify the individual user, just the computer used. Many sites do this whenever a user visits their site in order to track traffic flows.

Cookies themselves only record those areas of the site that have been visited by the computer in question, and for how long. Users have the opportunity to set their computers to accept all cookies, to notify them when a cookie is issued, or not to receive cookies at any time. The last of these, of course, means that certain personalised services cannot then be provided to that user.

How we use your information

Actio uses your personal information to provide you with a personalised service and to help us better understand your needs and interests. Specifically, we may use your information to help you complete a transaction or order, to communicate with you, to provide service and support, to provide you with information about the products and services we offer, to update you on services and benefits, to conduct market research surveys, to run competitions, to personalise promotional offers and to personalise some Actio web sites. Occasionally we may also use your information to contact you for market research regarding Actio products or services. We will give you the opportunity to choose your privacy preferences regarding such communications as detailed below under "your privacy preferences and opting out".

Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Sensitive personal information is collected only to facilitate our financial service providers' credit decisions and will be shared with them only with your permission. Credit card information and sensitive personal data are not used for any other purpose by our financial services providers or Actio and will not be kept longer than necessary for providing the services, unless you ask us to retain your credit card information for future purchases.

Personal data collected online may also be combined with information you provide Actio through other sources such as product registration, or public events such as trade shows or seminars.

Non-personal data is aggregated for reporting about Actio web site usability, performance and effectiveness. It is used to improve the customer experience, usability and site content.

Who we share your information with

Actio will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. Actio will not share your personal information with third parties except in responding to your requests for products or services. Your permission will be requested when you submit your information.

Actio occasionally contracts with third party service providers and suppliers to deliver complete customer solutions depending on specific customer requirements as described in "How we use your information". Suppliers and service providers are required to keep confidential the information received on behalf of Actio and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Actio. These service providers may change or we may contract with additional service providers to better accommodate any of our customer's specific requirements.

Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Statement, we will keep your Personal Information private and will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect our rights or property; or (c) enforce our Terms of Service. Your Personal Information is stored on secure servers that are not accessible by third parties.

Lost or Stolen Information

You should promptly notify us if your user name or password is stolen or used without permission. In such an event, we will cancel that user name or password and update our records accordingly.

Your choices

Actio may give you the choice of receiving a variety of information that complements our products and services. Where applicable you can subscribe to receive certain product and service specific information and Actio may include new product information, special offers, or an invitation to participate in market research. You can choose to receive such communications from Actio by post, email or telephone and we will make every effort to honor your preferences. This option does not apply to communications for the purpose of administering order completion, contracts, support, product safety warnings or updates.

Your privacy preferences and opting out

Non-subscription services Actio will not use your personal information for a different purpose than the one stated when you provided your data. Examples of unrelated uses include sending communications about special offers, new product information, and marketing information. You can, however, choose to receive these types of non-subscription communications by contacting us.

Subscription services To opt out of receiving communications you have expressly requested (such as email newsletters, product updates, etc.) please use any of the following methods:

• Select the email "unsubscribe" link where available, or follow any separate opt out instructions included in each subscription communication

Keeping your information secure

Actio is committed to protecting the information you provide us. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, Actio has in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but us. This security measure is working when you see either the symbol of an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) on the bottom of your browser window.

Credit card numbers are used only for processing payment and are not used for other purposes.

Changes to this Statement

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Statement, by posting any such change, update or modification on the site and we will update the revision date in this document, so that you will always know what information we collect online, how we use it, and what choices you have. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on any of Actio's web sites.

Internet Based Transfers

Given that the Internet is a global environment, using the Internet to collect and process personal data necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. Therefore, by browsing any of Actio's web sites and communicating electronically with us you acknowledge and agree to our processing of personal data as detailed.
