Whole Home's Image Usage Policy

Whole Home (a trading name of Actio Limited - hereinafter known as Actio) uses our own copyrighted photos in combination with photos and pictures from our suppliers (with their kind permission) to protect the valued privacy and confidentiality of our select clients.

Actio owns and retains the copyrights in every image (including all text images) except where they are provided by our suppliers. No copyright licence (either express or implied) is granted to the user, other than the right to reproduce the images without alteration for non-commercial, personal use only however recognition of source must still be maintained in all circumstances.

The images are provided to the recipient as is. All implied warranties are hereby disclaimed, including, without limitation, the warranties of title, infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent that images include any trade name, trademark, or service mark owned by a third party, or likeness of or reference to an individual, the user is responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions and licences from such third party or individual.

Whole Home, Whole Home Systems, the Whole Home logo and Simply Smarter are among the trademarks and/or service marks owned by Actio, and no trademark licence (either express or implied) is granted by Actio to any party. This list is not exhaustive. Actio owns other marks that are not included here.

This Agreement will be governed by English law and our choice of law constitutes the entire agreement between Actio and user, and supersedes any and all other agreements, understandings, and communications between them related to images and may only be amended or otherwise modified by a written instrument executed by an authorised representative of Actio.
